Sachith Ranamukhaarachchi is a veteran of engineering with an impressive resume of large projects.
Since graduating, Sachith has added many major Australian infrastructure projects to his resume, including light rail, heavy rail, a renewable energy plant upgrade and a high-rise building development. He is currently working on the Ballarat Line Upgrade rail project in Victoria.
The facilities and technology at Swinburne helped Sachith prepare for his career. His lecturers were very supportive during his studies, even helping him find a graduate role as a field engineer. Sachith says the structural engineering placement he completed in third year gave him the confidence to apply his knowledge in real situations.
