Romchat Lertharn

Romchat Lertharn is making a name for herself at one of the world’s top beauty companies.

Soon after graduating with her master degree, she joined the Thai branch of L’Oréal Group as a Management Trainee. In the ten years since, she has worked in many different departments of the company, including skincare, makeup and fragrance. She now leads marketing for the Lancôme brand.

Romchat says the key to success is to never stop learning. She enjoyed Swinburne’s multicultural environment and is still connected to the strong international network of friends she developed while studying.
