Abubakar Sadiq makes the Forbes list for 30 most promising entrepreneurs in Africa in 2018.
Being named one of Forbes Magazine’s 30 most promising entrepreneurs in Africa in 2018 is an impressive achievement. And for Abubakar Sadiq Mohammed Falalu, being recognised for his hard work is gratifying. Sadiq founded Falgates, a rice farming and milling company employing more than 180 people.
Abubakar Sadiq, Bachelor of Computer Science and Master of Management alumnus and Managing Director of Falgates
Sadiq enjoyed the multicultural environment at Swinburne. He says his degree helped him build confidence and interpersonal skills, both of which he uses today in training and mentoring his own employees. He hopes to make Falgates a household name in Nigeria and one of the country’s biggest employers.
